About this role
PHP, Website Design, Graphic Design, CSS, HTML, UX / User Experience, UI / User Interface, Web Development · I’m preparing to launch a new initiative in the technology space and need a complete website built. Because this site will be the public face of the venture, clean code, modern UI/UX, and rock-solid performance are top priorities.
The core of the assignment is straightforward: design, develop, and deploy a fully responsive website that highlights our tech offerings and can scale as we grow. You’re free to recommend the most suitable stack or CMS, but I expect industry-standard tools and clear reasoning behind each choice. Whether you prefer WordPress, a custom React build, or another framework, the end result must work flawlessly across desktop and mobile screens.
Deliverables • Fully functional, responsive website (home, about, services, contact, plus one blog/insights template) • Source code in a Git repository with clear commit history • Basic SEO setup (meta tags, sitemap, alt text) • Deployment to our hosting environment with a short hand-off guide so my team can update content independently
Acceptance Criteria 1. Pages load in under 3 seconds on standard broadband. 2. No critical Lighthouse issues (performance, accessibility, best practices). 3. Site displays cor
