About this role
PHP, JavaScript, Python, Software Architecture, Node.js, Docker, API, Backend Development · I want to create a small, always-on “radar” inside Telegram that listens for the events I care about and reacts instantly. The core idea is simple: monitor the parts of Telegram I specify, process what happens there in real time, and then carry out the follow-up actions we agree on—whether that means pinging me with a notification, logging data for later analysis, or something else entirely.
I already have the functional outline sketched, but I need a seasoned Telegram Bot (or user-bot) developer to turn that outline into a clean, maintainable solution. You should be comfortable with the Telegram Bot API, webhooks, and hosting a lightweight backend so the service can run 24/7. Preferred stacks are Python (aiogram, python-telegram-bot) or Node.js (telegraf), but I’m open to alternatives if you can justify them.
Deliverables • Fully working Telegram bot embodying the “radar” logic we finalise • Simple way for me to adjust the watch list, rules, and response actions (config file or basic admin UI) • Read-me level deployment guide—Docker, Heroku, or any VPS—plus commented source code
Acceptance criteria • Bot remains online continuously and survives restarts • Demonstr
