I already have full owner access to the current console, so I can quickly provide the required developer account ID, app package name, signatures, and any supporting screenshots or policy assets you might request.
The job is straightforward: start the official Google “App Transfer” flow, prepare the Play App Signing keys, check for policy or financial holds, and walk the submission through until Google confirms the transfer on both sides. I will supply the destination account’s transfer token as soon as you tell me when it’s needed.
Deliverable • Confirmation from Google that the app now appears in the target account with its store listing, ratings, statistics, release history, and Play App Signing intact.
