Transport Load Board & Marketplace Development

The concept, business model, workflow, core features and initial visual prototype are already defined, and we are now ready to move into MVP development. Unlike traditional bidding platforms, our model is based on fixed-price loads: a dealer posts a vehicle or load at a set price, a carrier can accept it instantly, and the assigned driver manages pickup, VIN verification, vehicle inspection, photos, signatures, GPS tracking, delivery inspection and eBOL through the platform. We want to build iOS, Android and web/admin together on one shared backend, with one mobile app that provides different interfaces for dealers, carriers and drivers. The MVP should include user accounts, load posting, route search, instant acceptance, push notifications, live GPS tracking, VIN scanning, pickup/delivery inspections, damage photos, e-signatures, eBOL, carrier documents and insurance management, payments/payouts, ratings, bilingual French/English support and an admin dashboard.
