About this role
PHP, JavaScript, Website Design, CSS, Branding, HTML, Web Development, Web Design · I have a fast-moving, two-day university project that touches three areas at once: network security, data analysis, and software development. Everything has to be wrapped up within 48 hours, so I’m looking for someone who can jump in immediately and cover the full stack of tasks without hand-holding.
Scope of work • Harden our small campus network by configuring firewalls, enabling reliable intrusion-detection rules, and setting up a VPN that works securely for both on-site and remote students. • Analyse a provided set of student-related data (CSV format, roughly 50 K rows) to surface patterns and generate concise visual insights we can present to faculty. • Extend an existing Python/Django tool that manages student results so grades can be upgraded in bulk and new calculation logic can be toggled on or off.
Deliverables (within 48 hours) 1. A fully documented firewall, IDS, and VPN configuration tested on our lab routers/switches. 2. Updated Django code, migrations, and a brief README showing how to run t
