About this role
PHP, Website Design, Technical Support, MySQL, HTML, Web Development, Database Management, Cloudflare · I’m looking for a new developer/company to provide ongoing technical maintenance and support for our established website, FreeWills.co.uk, which is operated by Quick Will Limited.
The website is built using October CMS/PHP and is hosted on Linode, with Cloudflare also in use. We are not looking for a redesign or redevelopment of the website. We need a reliable person/company to maintain the existing system and provide technical support when required.
Our requirements include:
* 24/7 automated uptime monitoring and alerts * Monitoring for HTTP 5xx/504 errors and other availability issues * Linode/server monitoring, including unusual traffic or resource usage * October CMS, PHP and database maintenance * Security and dependency updates * Cloudflare/DNS support where required * Backup monitoring and the ability to restore the site if necessary * GitHub/source-code and deployment support * Investigation of server/application errors when they occur * Reasonable response times for urgent issues affecting the live website * Occasional development/fixes, which could be charged separately if appropriate
