About this role
PHP, Linux, Cloud Computing, Software Architecture, MySQL, Node.js, Web Development, API · I’m putting together a dedicated bulk-SMS server that lets me reach any U.S. or Canadian mobile number—no daily caps, throughput throttles, or carrier-imposed ceilings. The platform must handle both promotional and transactional traffic reliably, and keep my sender reputation intact while doing so.
Core functionality I need on day one: • Delivery reports that show real-time status per message, including carrier feedback when available. • A built-in scheduler so I can queue campaigns hours or days ahead without leaving the dashboard open. • An intuitive contact-management area where I can import, segment, tag, and scrub lists before pushing Send.
I expect a web dashboard (responsive is fine) plus API access or SMPP connectivity for automated pushes from my own apps later. You’re free to build on Kannel, Jasmin, Node, or any robust stack—as long as throughput stays high and number pooling or dynamic routing keeps messages compliant with U.S./Canada regulations.
