The phone contains important personal photos, chats, files and application data. My priority is to determine whether any of this data can be safely recovered without factory resetting or erasing the device.
I am looking for an experienced Samsung/Android mobile data-recovery or digital-forensics professional to assess the device and explain the legitimate recovery options available for this specific model and software version.
Requirements:
