About this role

PHP, Prestashop, HTML, WHMCS, Software Development, Web Development, API, Database Management · I run WHMCS with ModuleGarden’s Multibrand add-on and rely on SupportPal as my help desk. The SupportPal-WHMCS module normally lets me drop a single Brand ID into the settings and every matching department appears cleanly in the client area. Once I enabled Multibrand, however, WHMCS fell back to its native ticket system because the module can no longer pass a Brand ID on a per-brand basis.

The job is to adjust that integration so each brand inside Multibrand accepts its own Brand ID, allowing the correct SupportPal departments to show for that brand alone.

Core requirements • Support multiple Brand IDs side-by-side • Display the right departments for the active brand • Preserve the existing, seamless hand-off between WHMCS and SupportPal

The sticking point is Brand ID entry: I’m happy to type each ID manually in a new field or settings page as long as it’s clear and reliable.

Deliverables 1. Modified module (or hook) that lets me assign a unique Brand ID to every Multibrand brand. 2. Installation instructions plus rollback notes. 3. Confirmation that ticket creation and department visibility work in the WHMCS client area for all brands after the change.
