PHP, JavaScript, User Interface / IA, MySQL, Usability Testing, HTML, User Experience Research, SaaS Development · I would like a fresh, expert review of the Micro1 job page I shared above. My priority is the site’s core workflows—how a recruiter posts an opening and, even more importantly, how a candidate discovers that opening and completes an application. I am less concerned with visual tweaks for now; instead, I need to know whether the existing features guide users smoothly from job discovery through submission or if friction points exist that are costing conversions.
Please explore every step of the posting and application journey, note where functionality breaks down, where messaging is unclear, and where additional features might remove effort for either side of the marketplace. Your perspective on best-in-class patterns in similar SaaS hiring platforms will be valuable, so feel free to benchmark against competitors when making recommendations.
