PHP, JavaScript, Website Design, User Interface / IA, HTML, Web Development, Database Management, Web Application · I want to bring our clinic workflow online with a secure, browser based platform. I’m looking for clean, modern code, responsive screens that work on desktop and mobile, and straightforward user-role permissions so each group only sees what it needs. Deliverables I expect: • A fully functional web application deployed on a test server • Role-based dashboards for the 2 user types • Modules for prescription management, patient records and appointment scheduling, all linked together Once I can log in and verify that each role flows through its tasks without errors, the project is complete.
