About this role
JavaScript, Website Design, CSS, HTML5, UX / User Experience, UI / User Interface, CSS3, Frontend Development · My web application is already deep in the development phase, yet its visual polish and user flow still need a decisive push. I now want to refine every screen, optimise each interaction and translate approved mock-ups into clean, responsive code that slots seamlessly into the current build.
You’ll focus on three intertwined areas: reshaping the UI so it feels modern and consistent, tightening the UX so journeys are intuitive, and coding the front-end so what users see matches what was designed. The back-end and core functionality are in place; your work will sit on top of that existing foundation.
Preferred stack is HTML5, CSS3 (or a modern pre-processor), JavaScript with a framework you’re comfortable in—React, Vue or similar—plus a solid grasp of accessibility standards and cross-browser testing. We’ll review progress against staging links, iterate quickly from feedback and merge once each component meets acceptance criteria for responsiveness, performance and pixel accuracy.
If you enjoy taking a half-built web product and giving it the finish users notice immediately, let’s talk timelines and start polishing.
