PHP, JavaScript, Python, HTML, Natural Language Processing, Chatbot Prompt Writing, AI Chatbot, AI Development, Chatbot Development, AI Automation · I need an AI-powered chatbot embedded directly on my website that can greet visitors and accurately answer our product-related FAQs 24/7. You’ll be responsible for the full setup—selecting an NLP engine, training it with the product information I’ll supply, and integrating the finished bot into our existing site so it looks and feels native to the brand.
Key points • Primary function: respond to product information questions in a conversational, human-like manner. • Channel: website only (no mobile or social media hooks for now). • Data: I’ll provide a structured FAQ list, product specs, and any supporting documents you need for initial training. • Tone: friendly, concise, and always on-brand. If a query falls outside its knowledge base, the bot should politely collect contact details for a human follow-up. • Analytics: I’d like basic reporting on conversation volumes, common questions, and handoff rates so we can keep improving the knowledge base.
