About this role
JavaScript, Testing / QA, CSS, Website Testing, HTML, Laravel, Selenium, Web Testing · I’ve just pushed several new websites live and I need a sharp-eyed tester to comb through every interactive element and confirm that each site works exactly as intended. Your focus will be strictly on functionality: links, forms, dynamic widgets, responsive behaviour, and any JavaScript or server errors that surface along the way.
Here’s how the engagement will run
• I’ll give you staging URLs, test credentials, and a brief on the user flows we expect to work without a hitch. • You’ll move through those flows page by page, noting anything that breaks, mis-fires, or behaves inconsistently across modern browsers. • Each defect goes into a clear report (issue-tracker export or spreadsheet) with URL, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual result, and a screenshot or short Loom/video clip. • Once my dev team patches the issues, you’ll do a quick verification pass to confirm the fixes.
Tech notes The stack behind these sites is plain HTML5/CSS3 with a Laravel-PHP backend and a bit of vanilla JavaScript; being comfortable with Chrome DevTools, network inspection, and maybe Postman for basic API hits will make the job smoother. If you prefer spinning up quick scripts in Selen
