Your primary goal is thorough usability testing—no performance or deep functional drills this round—just a clear-headed assessment of how real visitors will experience the site.

Please move through every common user journey, paying close attention to: • Navigation flow – can users reach key pages in the fewest, most intuitive clicks? • Content readability – is the copy clear, well-structured and easy on the eyes across devices? • User interface design – do buttons, forms and interactive elements feel consistent, modern and error-free?

Document every friction point, unexpected behaviour or broken element, then step in and fix them. I expect visible improvements pushed to the live code or staging branch (tell me which you prefer) and a brief after-action report summarising what you changed and why. Once those updates are in place, run a quick validation pass to confirm we are genuinely launch-ready.

When you respond, include a concise yet detailed project proposal describing: • Your preferred testing workflow and tools (e.g. Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, heat-mapping, user session rep
