About this role
PHP, Website Design, WordPress, HTML, Web Development, Content Management System (CMS), Payment Processing, Web Design · I’m setting up a new wellness clinic and need a clean, modern website whose main purpose is to foster ongoing patient interaction and support. Beyond sharing our services and wellness resources, the site must make it effortless for patients to arrange and manage their own visits.
Appointment booking is central to the build. The system has to offer: • Real-time online calendar integration so open slots update instantly • Automated email reminders that pull appointment details dynamically • Secure payment processing at the moment of booking (credit card, Apple/Google Pay, Stripe or comparable)
Design needs to feel calming and accessible on both desktop and mobile, with clear calls to action, HIPAA-aware contact forms, and a simple patient portal where users can review past visits or message the front desk. Please build on a platform you’re comfortable supporting long-term (WordPress, Webflow, custom React, etc.) and document how staff can edit content, open or close time slots, and issue refunds inside the payment gateway.
