THE COMPANY is not seeking a redesign of the corporate website, a replacement CRM, or a new proprietary memorial platform. The objective is to use FireHawk as the master record, reuse the official FireHawk WordPress Tribute Plugin, and create a seamless COMPANY-branded public experience with minimal routine staff administration.
