The core goal is to restore fast, stable performance without breaking any storefront features.

The build is a standard WordPress + WooCommerce setup with just a few third-party plugins and a fairly lightweight theme. I suspect a mix of plugin conflicts, database bloat, and missing caching layers, but I need a systematic diagnosis rather than guesswork.
Scope of work 1. Audit – run a full performance scan, profile slow queries, and review the active plugins/theme stack for conflicts. 2. Fix – apply the remedies: database optimisation, appropriate object/page caching, code tweaks, plugin updates or replacements, and any necessary server-side adjustments. 3. Verify – stress-test the storefront (checkout flow included) and monitor logs to ensure zero new PHP errors. 4. Report – hand over a concise summary of findings, actions taken, and clear instructions for any ongoing maintenance.
