About this role
PHP, Website Design, WordPress, DNS, HTML, Web Hosting, SSL, cPanel · My dynamic WordPress site needs to move from its current server to a new hosting provider, and I want the entire process handled end-to-end with zero visible downtime. You will have full access to both cPanels so you can copy all files, database tables, and configuration details, then restore everything on the new host.
I also need the domain’s DNS updated and verified. That includes adjusting the A, MX, CNAME, and any TXT records, making sure SSL still works, and confirming mail and sub-domains resolve exactly as before. Please schedule the cut-over during a low-traffic window and keep a full backup ready in case a quick rollback is needed.
Deliverables: • Complete, functioning WordPress installation on the new server • DNS zone updated and propagation confirmed • Post-migration checklist showing pages, admin login, plugins, and forms tested • Brief hand-over document outlining all steps and access details
