About this role
PHP, Website Design, SEO, WordPress, HTML, Elementor, Visual Design, Web Design · We are a small German nonprofit animal welfare foundation and are looking for an experienced WordPress freelancer to redesign and modernize our existing website:

The website already contains extensive content and should not be rebuilt completely from scratch. We want a professional WordPress relaunch with a cleaner structure, modern and emotional design, better mobile usability, and a much stronger focus on our animal welfare projects and donations. The payment systems, set up by the previous agency, are working fine and do not require changes.
The current navigation is too extensive and should be simplified considerably. We are considering a structure such as:

The homepage should feature a large emotional animal image, our foundation name, and our message:
