The role involves ensuring proper SEO optimization (titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, playlists) and creating custom thumbnails that align with our branding. Responsibilities: Video uploads: Upload long-form videos and Shorts/Reels to YouTube. SEO optimization: Add keyword-rich titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, and playlists. Thumbnail design: Create engaging, branded thumbnails for each video. Channel growth support: Ensure uploads are optimized for visibility and engagement. Analytics tracking (optional): Monitor performance and suggest improvements. Requirements: Prior experience with YouTube SEO and channel management. Strong skills in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.) for thumbnails. Understanding of YouTube Shorts/Reels optimization. Ability to deliver on time and maintain consistency. Budget (Per Video approx 10 min): Long-form video upload + SEO + thumbnail: ₹500–₹1000 Shorts/Reels upload + SEO + thumbnail: ₹100–₹200
