Scope of work:

Audit an existing Zoho Payroll setup and identify what is misconfigured vs what genuinely needs custom work Build automation using custom functions (Deluge), workflow rules and scheduled tasks Design custom fields and modules to replace data currently held in Excel Automate recurring salary components that are presently calculated by hand each cycle Set up date-triggered alerts based on employee service milestones Work with the one-time earnings and deductions bulk import path Test against historical figures so the client can see the new logic matches their existing numbers before cutover Document everything so an HR team can run it without you
